Precautions for the use of slings and sets of rigging
1. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

2. When working with two slings, connect the two slings directly into the double hooks, and hang the slings at the symmetrical force center of the double hooks. When four slings are used, each two slings are directly hung into the double hooks. Note that the inner slings cannot overlap and squeeze each other, and the slings should be symmetrical to the stress center of the hook

3. When the sling is used, it is not allowed to use the method of bolting to surround it.

4. When the sling is used, hang the sling directly into the center of the hook, not on the tip of the hook.

5. During the hoisting operation, it is not allowed to cross, twist, knot or twist, and it should be connected with the correct special hoisting connector.

6. When encountering goods with sharp corners and edges, it is necessary to protect the sling by means of sheathing and corner protection, so as to prolong the service life of the sling. Do not use the sling on rough surfaces. In order to prevent the sling from being cut by edges and corners and scratched by rough surfaces.

7. When using a sling, the flat sling cannot be uniformly loaded in the width direction due to the curved part of the hook, which is affected by the inner diameter of the hook. If the diameter of the hook is too small, the connection with the loop eye of the webbing is not sufficient, and the correct connector should be used to connect it.

8. The opening angle of the ring eye of the circular hoisting belt is not more than 20°, and the ring eye is not cracked during the hoisting process.

9. The correct hoisting method should be adopted when hoisting pipe objects. If the hoisting angle is too large, it will cause potential safety hazards.

10. The items should not be pressed on the sling, which will cause damage to the sling. You should not try to pull the sling out from below, causing danger. Use the object to cushion it, leaving enough space for the sling to come out smoothly.

11. The sling rigging should not be dragged on the ground or rough surface.

12. After use, the sling should choose the hanging storage method.
