Requirements for the selection of scientific hoisting belt hoisting methods

The hoisting method is an important part of the whole hoisting process. Choosing a scientific and reasonable hoisting belt hoisting method can not only ensure the safe and smooth hoisting process, but also improve the efficiency of the hoisting work and shorten the hoisting time. To choose a scientific hoisting method, the following selection requirements should be followed:

(1) Technical feasibility demonstration
Because of the different applicability of any hoisting method, there are inevitably technical limitations. Each type of equipment has its own professional technical requirements, such as requirements for hoisting conditions, requirements for on-site operating environment, requirements for technical personnel, and so on. According to the working site conditions, working conditions and technical requirements of the equipment, the technical feasibility demonstration of the hoisting method is to ensure that the selected hoisting method is feasible in engineering practice and has practical value.

(2) Security analysis
Under normal circumstances, the hazard level of hoisting work is relatively high, and a little carelessness may lead to serious engineering accidents, so safety issues in hoisting work are particularly important. When hoisting, it is necessary to conduct safety assessment of technical feasibility in combination with actual conditions, check for omissions, eliminate existing safety hazards, and formulate corresponding emergency mechanisms for possible safety issues to prevent problems before they occur. Usually safety analysis includes two aspects, the quality and safety of the suspended structure or equipment and the personal safety of construction workers.

(3) Progress analysis
The progress analysis is not only related to the realization of the hoisting construction goal, it is also directly related to the quality and cost of the hoisting. In engineering practice, one of the most basic engineering management principles must be established and adhered to, that is, under the premise of ensuring engineering safety and quality, controlling the progress of the construction period. The selected lifting method is different, the corresponding required construction period is different. In actual hoisting operations, hoisting usually limits the progress of the entire project. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the progress of the hoisting operation and determine the appropriate project schedule based on the needs of the project.

(4) Cost analysis
The purpose of project construction is to complete the project at a lower cost, and strive to tap the potential for increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, in order to obtain good economic benefits. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to carry out low-cost accounting, longitudinal comparison and analysis of the construction plan under the premise of ensuring safety and meeting schedule requirements, and selecting the lower cost hoisting
plan. However, it needs to be specially stated that the goal of low cost must not be achieved by sacrificing project progress and lowering safety standards. This is not allowed.

(5) Make comprehensive choices based on specific conditions.
Technical feasibility demonstration, safety analysis, schedule analysis and cost analysis, any of these four will have a direct impact on the smooth progress of hoisting work. Based on this, on the basis of doing the above work, make a choice according to the actual situation of hoisting.
