Our endless round slings are an inexpensive, lightweight accessory used for everyday lifting and lashing. They're a staple in a vast array of industries.
They are a versatile product, capable of being used with choker, basket and vertical hitches. They are also available with multiple leg bridles and master links for unlimited rigging options.
The sling is constructed from endless yarns of 100% polyester fiber encased in a tough double wall polyester woven tube. The outer jacket protects the polyester load-bearing fibers from damage, while color coding and tagging allow for easy identification.
Protection is a must for synthetic roundslings, as they are more susceptible to cuts and abrasion than web slings. A Cordura(r) or other abrasion-resistant sleeve is recommended for general use and can be sewn on permanently.
Safety Features & Inspection
Synthetic endless round slings should be inspected by a qualified person daily and any worn edges and attachments should be repaired. They must be marked when a repair is made to ensure proper service life and to verify that the sling was repaired by the appropriate person.
Synthetic endless round slings should not be used in hot environments. This can melt the fibers and jacket, causing a hazard to the user. The sling should also be checked to ensure that it is not loaded to its work load limit, and that it is free from any defects or damage.
